Hough has lived and worked in Virginia Beach all his life. He’s seen the region grow from its small town beginnings into a thriving community with over a million people.

For over 40 years, he’s been helping people identify their vision, and put together the financial pieces to help make it a reality. His professional designations include Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC), Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP). Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Away from work, Hough and his wife Kirby enjoy traveling, staying fit and spending time with our family and friends.

A community leader, Hough is also involved in civic, non-profit, business and local industry groups committed to helping improve the quality-of-life in the community. He gets particular satisfaction from his work with the Boys & Girls Clubs.
